In October 2020 I released a solo bass e.p., 'Three Things'. The first time I'd done any solo bass for a long time. It was a lockdown project and it raised a small amount of money for a local food bank so, happy days. I was pleased with the result and it got some appreciation amongst my Twitter friends.

In January of 2021 Edward Spark posted a remix of the track 'Intercession'. I didn't know Edward at the time, but he cheekily did it anyway and his version was outstanding. There were a few twitter messages back and forth about the track. In the meantime Dave a.k.a. Cloudland Blue Quartet did a remix of Edward's remix and posted it in his weekly podcast. Dave's remixed remix was also fabulous....

I'd been kicking around the idea of doing a half speed version and a reverse version of 'Benediction', if it's good enough for Fripp and Eno I might as well have a crack too!

Finally I revisited the opening track 'Confession' and added some percussive elements.

I suggested to Edward and Dave that we should collate all the pieces and post them on bandcamp, so here they are...enjoy
